V9 works okay. Lori, I have un-installed and cleared out registry several times and each time I reinstall, I still get same thing. I just figured out last night how to go back to previous version, and will use that until someone post on here they have fixed the problem.
Apparently a point update to Acrobat X caused the problem. The technical note Adobe PDF print port changes provides detailed information on how to correct the problem. I rather have a working version then have to load it then load another fix-it patch.

Anyway, I found a temporary solution to my problem by printing my PDFs as images, instead of text. Before printing your page select "Advanced" and then check the "Print as image" box.
